With more than a decade of experience across higher education, local government, research development, grant management, and community engagement, the agency bridges education, leadership, policy, and real-world community impact.

Rose & Ginger Agency develops engaging workshops and programs for middle school, high school, and adult learners that help participants better understand civic systems, leadership, advocacy, and how public policy shapes everyday life. Our programs encourage critical thinking, community awareness, dialogue, and action through culturally responsive and community-centered learning.
